Worlds of Work 1.5

The Worlds of Work app serves as a comprehensive resource for individuals seeking career guidance. Upon initiation, users are prompted to complete a brief survey intended to identify the most suitable "world" tailored to their interests. This feature facilitates exploration of various career paths accessible within each identified world.

Users can select specific careers to access detailed information, including wage data, educational requirements, and potential career trajectories. Additionally, the app allows users to mark preferred careers and share this information with parents or educators for further discussion.

Designed for engagement before, during, and after the Worlds of Work expo scheduled for April 14th and 15th, 2020, the app provides an opportunity to preview diverse career options and employers participating in the event. The current version focuses on career data relevant to Chilton, Shelby, Jefferson, Walker, St. Clair, and Blount counties in Alabama.
